A mesmerizing place to holiday and unwind would be the Oregon coast. This coast has calming beaches and remarkable sites. Seagulls, sea lions and numerous kinds of fishes inhibit this coast. Kite flying, fishing, boating are a few interesting activities that can be done.
Newport is one famous city to be visited in Oregon. There are several shops, art galleries, museums and parks to stop over along the bay front. The Hatfield Marine Science Center is also a place of interest for people who like marine life. They also let you to see and touch starfishes, jelly fishes and other marine life. Worth-while things which come along with a heavy price tag are the Ripley’s, the Wax Works and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Newport Candy Shop is a sure place to find fresh taffy and caramel corn.
Other cities to stop over are Bandon, Lincoln City and Florence. Activities like kite flying contests, cook offs and sand castle competitions are held in Lincoln City which is an hour’s drive from Newport. The North Lincoln City Museum is not a place to be missed. Tanger Outlets are a great place to shop. Le Gourmet Chef, Snack City and Sweet Delights are a few good places to dine.
